This is such a simple coconut macaroon recipe and the results are a moist and chewy macaroon. So delicious and sweet. A perfect addition for any cookie tray.
Coconut Macaroon Recipe
1-1/3 sweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350.
Line cookie sheets with silicon mats.
In a large bowl, combine coconut, sugar, flour and salt.
Add the egg whites and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 15-18 minutes.
