We had yet another snow day last week and while we are home we made these Marshmallow Chocolate Brownies recipe. This brownie recipe is a rich and fudgy chocolate delicious creation. We used marshmallow fluff in our recipe but you could very easily place marshmallows in the batter too.
Marshmallow Fudge Brownies
We swirled the marshmallow fluff into the batter so that each bites gets a bit of marshmallow goodness in it. I baked my recipe in an 8” square pan because we like our brownies thick. You can bake them in a 13×9 inch pan for a thinner brownie as well- just adjust your time in the oven. These delicious and easy chocolate fudge marshmallow brownies are amazing!
Marshmallow Chocolate Brownies
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon baking soda
10 TBSP unsalted butter, room temperature
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 TBSP water
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs
5/6 heaping TBSP marshmallow fluff.
Preheat oven to 325 and spray a 8×8 baking pan.
In the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy – about 5 minutes.
Add the eggs to combine.
Slowly add the flour, salt and baking soda and mix.
Add the cocoa powder and water and combine.
Pour into prepared pan.
Drop the fluff by tablespoon on top of prepared batter. Swirl into the chocolate using a knife.
Bake for 60 minutes.
Do not over bake as the brownie will firm up as it cools down.
Man these Marshmallow Chocolate Fudge Brownies were such a big hit- I even had one oe two! They are moist and delicious and can be the perfect addition to a party, pot luck or even bake sale at your children’s schools! Enjoy and happy baking!
