Summer vacation is finally here and for this teacher I am so excited to kick back, relax and enjoy a few cold beverages. Nothing says summer to me than an ice cold frappe sitting on our front porch surrounded by flowers maybe even with a good book too!
I created this Cherry Vanilla Frappe with a few ingredients that I picked up on my last trip to Walmart. So simple to make with cherry vanilla ice cream, International Delight® Cold Stone Creamery™ Sweet Cream, and Reddi-wip®. Simple and easy to make and using the International Delight creamer makes the frappe sweet and creamy.
Using International Delight creamer and Reddi-wip are great way to flavor your coffee every day. There are no artificial flavors or sweeteners in Reddi-wip and it is made from dairy from cows not treated with artificial growth hormones. The perfect topper to make every day just a little better!
We spend many of days down by the pond and this mom loves nothing better than to sit back and relax with a cold frappe in my hand while watching my kids frolic and play the summer days away. Truly a great way to enjoy summer.
Cherry Vanilla Frappe
2 cups cherry vanilla ice cream
1 cup International Delight® Cold Stone Creamery™ Sweet Cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Place the ice cream, creamer and vanilla extract in a blender or shake mixer.
Pulse to combine.
Top with Reddi-wip and cherry
That’s it- super easy to duplicate at home with all the ingredients that you can find at Walmart. Be sure to pick them up on your next shopping trip.
International Delight Creamers – we like how you party. How do you party…. I think making everyday a little special is reason enough to celebrate. Having the summer free to spend with my children is also another reason to party. Let them be little and enjoy everyday. Sometimes I think that we can get overwhelmed with the day-to-day grind but sometimes you need to stop and sit and enjoy an ice-cold frappe and smell the flowers.
