Low-Carb Salmon Topped Eggs with Capers
Ingredients

pack Great Day Farm Hard-Boiled Eggs
Smoked salmon

capers

whole grain mustard
Instructions
Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the eggs and place in a bowl.
Add the mustard to the egg yolks and combined.
Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
Top with smoked salmon and a sprinkle of capers.
