Overnight Oatmeal – This is probably the easiest and most nutritious breakfast I’ve made. This is perfect for super busy mornings but yet wanting to slim down for summer.
Simply mix all of the ingredients and let soak overnight in the fridge. Add your toppings in the morning and out the door you go. Yum!
½ cup Rolled Oats
Splash of milk
I added a banana to mine in the morning and used a blueberry yogurt. Delicious combination. Definitely give it a try!
