Baby Shower Cupcakes with Animal Crackers

These Cupcakes with Animal Crackers would be great for the dessert table at a baby shower or birthday party. The cover baby, Noah’s Ark and Animal themed parties. Simply match the frosting to the colors that you want to use.

Easy Baby Shower Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 pkg vanilla cake mix

1 (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 eggs

¾ cup oil

 

vanilla frosting plus food dye.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Line mini muffin pans with cupcake liners.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except animal crackers and  frosting – about 50 strokes.

Pour  batter into each of the prepared cupcake pans.

Bake 12-15 minutes.

Cool completely

Mix the frosting with food dye to desired color

Pipe onto each cupcake.

Top with animal cracker
