RICOTTA  COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

 butter  sugar ricotta  egg flour baking powder  baking soda glaze optional

– Preheat oven to 350 – Cream the butter and sugar. – Add ricotta, eggs and vanilla and mix to combine. – Add the remaining ingredients. – scoop the dough. – Bake for about 10 minutes.

DIRECTIONS

Let the cookies cool completely.
