No Bake Cannoli Pie
An easy to make no bake cannoli pie that is the best part of the cannoli- the cream!

Ingredients

” graham cracker pie

pkg cream cheese
room temperature

vanilla extract

cinnamon

whipping cream

cup
whole milk ricotta
½
cup
confectioners sugar

cup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
In an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add in the heavy cream and beat on high until thick and soft peaks form.
Reduce speed and add the vanilla, ricotta, sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips and spread into the graham cracker crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
