Bakery Style S’mores Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1 stick unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 TBSP baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 pkg 7 oz HERSHEYS S’Mores baking chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425. Line a 12 cup muffin tray with liners.
  • In a mixing bowl whisk the butter, milk, sugar, vanilla and eggs until combined.
  • Add in the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  • Fold in the baking chips.
  • Divide the batter into the 12 prepared muffin tins.
  • Bake at 425 for 5 minutes then lower the oven temperature to 325 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
