Preheat oven to 425. Line a 12 cup muffin tray with liners.
In a mixing bowl whisk the butter, milk, sugar, vanilla and eggs until combined.
Add in the dry ingredients until just mixed.
Fold in the baking chips.
Divide the batter into the 12 prepared muffin tins.
Bake at 425 for 5 minutes then lower the oven temperature to 325 and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
