easy layered raspberry vanilla yogurt pops

Raspberry Vanilla Yogurt Ice Pops


for syrup-

  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 3 TBSP agave syrup

for vanilla pop-

  • 1 large container vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/3 cup confectioners sugar.


For the syrup-

  • In a medium saucepan combine the raspberries and agave.
  • Using a masher- mash the raspberries and heat over medium heat until boiling.
  • Lower heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Let cool.

For the pops-

  • In a blender combine all ingredients and pulse.
  • To assemble-
  • In a popsicle mold- alternate between the vanilla and raspberry.
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours.
