Easy Coconut Biscotti
Ingredients

baking powder

baking soda

salt

sugar

vanilla extract

eggs

sweetened coconut

tsp
cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300. Line a baking sheet with a silicon mat.
In the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment mix all the ingredients together until combined.
Shape the dough into a log that is 15-inches by approximately 3 inches.
Bake for 40 minutes.
Take it out of the oven and cut into 1-inch strips and place each piece on its side.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
Cool completely.
