Easy Homemade Coconut Macaroons


  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 pkg 14 oz coconut flakes
  • 1 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup International Delight® Almond Joy™


  1. Preheat oven to 325. Line baking trays with silicon mats and set aside.
  2. In an electric mixer with the whish attachment beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
  3. Meanwhile, in another large bowl combine the coconut, milk and creamer to combine.
  4. Fold in the egg whites.
  5. Drop by TBSP onto prepared baking sheets.
  6. Bake for approx. 17 minutes until lightly browned around edges.
  7. Remove immediately from baking sheet to cool.

Recipe Notes

Optional – dip bottoms into melted chocolate if desired.
