Every Spring my college sorority sisters get together to catch up, gossip and enjoy each other’s company. Now that we are all married and have children it seems to get more difficult to have these get-togethers but we always manage to meet even if it takes us a few months to plan!
I love entertaining and making a signature cocktail or mocktail for when we are having people over. For my girlfriends, I created this Spring Crush cocktail with Canada Dry® Blackberry Ginger Ale. This is a delicious drink and can be made with or without alcohol.
I found this Canada Dry® Blackberry Ginger Ale in Stop & Shop and I knew that I had to make something with it! It is a seasonal product available at Ahold stores from March-May 2016 … I knew that I had not seen it in stores before. It is a refreshing beverage that is made with real ginger. I love the crisp bite that the Blackberry Ginger Ale gives this drink.
Spring Crush with Canada Dry® Blackberry Ginger Ale
Ingredients
Canada Dry® Blackberry Ginger Ale
Lemon Sorbet
Blackberries for Garnish
Directions
Scoop 1 scoop of lemon sorbet into a champagne glass.
Top with Canada Dry® Blackberry Ginger Ale
Garnish with a blackberry.
**You can add a dash of vodka if you want to!
