Huge antipasti fan- HUGE! This is quite possibly my favorite thing to eat. My husband and I can typically settle into an antipasti plate after the kids go to bed. Its actually really nice- almost like a date night at home.
This is typically the time of day when we go over the days activities, what we need to do for the upcoming day and just re-connect. I bet you didn’t know that an antipasti plate can do that! We use Mezzetta products in our antipasti plate because I really like the flavors of the products.

Giardiniera
Roasted Red Bell Peppers
Jalapeño Peppers
Banana Peppers
Kalamata Olives
Assorted Cheese
Assorted Meats
Crackers
Directions
Arraign all ingredients on a plate in an artful manner. You want to have a visually pleasing display cut into bite size pieces.
