Football season is just around the corner and for our family that means lazy Sundays with good food and great friends. These delicious Asian Pulled Pork Sliders are just the ticket.
Asian Pulled Pork Sliders + Hamilton Beach Giveaway
I love how easy they are to prepare in the slow cooker. I usually set my cooker to low and cook for 6 hours. Depending on how early we rise (usually 6 am!) if I put the slow cooker on then we will have delicious sliders ready for one o’clock kick off!
Asian Pulled Pork Sliders
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 pounds boneless pork roast
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and place in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours.
- Pull the meat apart with two forks.
- Place on small buns and top with fresh jalapeno slices if desired.
