Beach Bag Essentials 

Being prepared is really important, especially when it comes to packing my beach bag for the day. You really never know what you are going to need and I have some tips for packing up a days’ essentials in one bag.

As a mom to three children, I have to think about bladder leakage as something I need to pack for. What’s in my beach bag?

  3. Sunscreen

  6. Baby Powder – for getting sand of your feet and body easily.
