Ingredients

4 eggs

1 TBSP vanilla extract

1-1/4 Hershey’s Cocoa Powder

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 sticks unsalted butter

2 cups sugar

1-1/2 cup all purpose flour

1 (11.5 oz) pkg. mini milk chocolate chips

 

Directions

 

Preheat oven 350. Spray a 13x 9 pan with non-stick spray.

In the bowl of an electric mixer beat the eggs, cocoa, vanilla, baking powder and salt until smooth.

In a microwave safe bowl melt the butter in the microwave- add sugar to the bowl and stir until smooth and combined.

Add the butter and sugar mixture to the egg mixture and combine.

Finally add the flour and chips and combine.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread until even. (the batter is thick)

Bake for about 30 minutes or until done. (toothpick test!)

Cool completely before cutting.
