Have you tried Campari? It is a liquor with a rich, rosy hue and bitter and spicy taste. It looks so sophisticated that I had to try it. I love it- the taste and the look as well.
I made a Blackberry Campari Cocktail.
It is simply 1 jigger of Campari, 1/2 glass of white wine and fill with club soda. Add a handful of blackberries and you are all set. It is a light and refreshing drink, perfect for those long summer days.
