Carnival Snow Cone Slime

We have fully embraced the slime craze. We made this snow cone slime this past weekend and she was in love with the results. I loved how the colors looked when the slime was played with- an art lesson in color mixing perfection.

How to Make Carnival Snow Cone Slime

This slime looks like a yummy red, yellow and blue snow cone or shaved ice. This would make a great activity for a carnival themed party. My daughter has been playing with this beautiful slime non-stop for days!

Snow Cone Slime

Ingredients

4 oz clear glue

1 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp contact lens solution

1 drop each blue, yellow and red food coloring.

1/3 cup clear filler beads

Directions

In a small bowl pour in glue, mix baking soda until dissolved.

Slowly pour in the contact solution and stir until the slime forms.

Add in the filler beads.

Once the slime has formed, pick it up in your hands and continuing mixing until soft and pliable.

Divide into 3 equal pieces in separate bowls

Add one drop of food coloring to each bowl and combine.

Place together and stretch.

This snow cone slime is easy to make and the filler beads add a crunchy effect to this slime. I love the iridescent color of this slime and how the colors combine together when blended.

We have been hit with the slime bug for sure! Have a look at our shimmering mermaid slime here. This will be a HUGE hit for all the mermaid fans in your home.

We now have been making a different slime recipe each day and we can not wait to share our new creations with you! Embrace the creative slime frenzy and bond with your children over the process of making slime. I had my daughters undivided attention for a few hours while we made slime and talked. It really was a great activity and we had so much  playing and experimenting with slime.
