There are times when all the roles in my life can take over. I wear many hats: wife, mother, teacher and co-worker to name a few. It has taken me awhile to realize what my Moment of Yes is but if I don’t take care of “me” first all the other areas suffer. I cannot be the best mom or wife if the self-care is not evident.
