Creamy Pina Colada Ice Pops

Ingredients

1 cup pineapple chunks
1 10 oz can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup coconut flakes
1 banana

Directions

Place all ingredients in the Vitamix Blender.
Puree until smooth.
Pour mixture into 6 ice pop molds and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
