Delicious roasted Garlic

Do you like the taste of garlic but don’t like to bite into pieces of garlic? By roasting the garlic you will get the subtle flavor of garlic with a creamy paste after the garlic has roasted in the oven and it’s so easy! I use this roasted garlic in my mashed potatoes for thanksgiving.

How to Roast Garlic
1- Slice off the top of a head of garlic.
2- Place on a piece of tin foil and drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil and dash with salt and pepper.
3- Fold up sides of tinfoil and place in a preheated 375 degree oven.
