I have never made pastry crust before- I know weird right? But I wanted to make homemade apple turnovers from scratch, I think I was intimated by the whole rolling out the dough process but I have a great recipe that was not hard to do and this pastry dough can be used for many different recipes and freezes well too. Plus it makes the apple turnovers light and flaky.
