My nephew and his dad race cars every weekend and have been doing this for years. Needless to say we love fast cars in our home. My eight-year-old son loves collecting fun and racy cars but we always have the dilemma of how to store them. I came up with this easy DIY storage box that doubles as a car garage too. Fun and functional inspired by the new Fast & Furious™ movie- The Fate of the Furious released on DVD on July 11.

Your kids can recreate your favorite scenes from the movie with these NEW toys carried at Walmart that are based on the actual characters and cars from the movie.

We had to have the Fast & Furious™ 5 Pack Vehicle Assorted and the Fast & Furious™ Deluxe Playset. These are the perfect addition to our arsenal of cars.

DIY Deluxe Garage Storage Bin

Materials

1 storage bin

Spray paint – silver

Black Vinyl with adhesive back

Instructions

Spray paint the bin and lid. Let dry.

Cut vinyl to look like garage doors and windows. I made mine in half-inch strips and then cut the width so that there is enough room for two doors.

Simple as that you have a cute storage bin for all your favorite cars- we filled ours with the awesome cars from the Fast & Furious™.

We have loved these movies for years and now there are eight films that we love to watch as a family. I love the action packed scenes and my children are smitten with all of the cool cars that are in all of the movies.

They had so much fun playing with this deluxe play set – making the cars jump and crash and then park in their “garage”. Play for hours.
