Easy Striped Gelatin Dessert for St. Patrick’s Day

Need some inspiration for an easy dessert for the kids this St. Patrick’s Day? I have an easy layered green gelatin dessert that the kids will love! You can easily change the gelatin to different flavors according to your children’s tastes but I wanted to make a green variety which I think would be perfect for our Irish celebration.

Using only 3 ingredients makes this an affordable treat too! I made my gelatin cups in disposable plastic cups so that you could easily see the layers but you could make these in glasses, flutes, mason jars …. the possibilities are endless!

How cute would these look on your table to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day? They can be garnished with whip cream, cherry, or sprinkles. Perhaps even a little green food coloring drizzle on the top of the whip cream? Your little leprechauns will be completely smitten with these individualized portions. Yum!
