Tiramisu is by far my favorite dessert to order in a restaurant. Now that the Princess is here we don’t necessarily get to eat out as much as we used to, which is great on the waistline! However I crave tiramisu on occasion. I feel tiramisu can be a low-carb friendly treat and I made a version that does not really have a lot of sugar either. They look super cute in their mason jars and would work really nicely for a summer dinner party, friends over, etc. because you can make them ahead and the actually taste better if they sit in the fridge overnight!
Lady fingers can be sometimes hard to come by. When I find them in the store I usually pick up a few packages and freeze what I am not immediately going to use!
Tiramisu in Mason Jars

1- Using an electric mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks occur.
2- Add in vanilla and Marscapone cheese. Mix until incorporated.
3- Dip 4 Lady Fingers into the brewed coffee and place in the bottom of the mason jar.
4- Top with Cream filling.
5- Sprinkle the filling with Cocoa powder to garnish and add a Lady Finger.
