Easy Tiramisu: served in individual mason jars

Tiramisu is by far my favorite dessert to order in a restaurant. Now that the Princess is here we don’t necessarily get to eat out as much as we used to, which is great on the waistline! However I crave tiramisu on occasion. I feel tiramisu can be a low-carb friendly treat and I made a version that does not really have a lot of sugar either. They look super cute in their mason jars and would work really nicely for a summer dinner party, friends over, etc. because you can make them ahead and the actually taste better if they sit in the fridge overnight!

Lady fingers can be sometimes hard to come by. When I find them in the store I usually pick up a few packages and freeze what I am not immediately going to use!
