Edible Cookie Dough

Holy moly- edible cookie dough and it is so good! It is even better when it is sandwiched between 2 chocolate chip cookies. This recipe is so easy and delicious you may want to keep it on hand as  a delicious dip for fruit or cookies.

Edible Cookie Dough

 

Ingredients

2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature

3/4 cup light brown sugar

1 cup flour

1 TBSP vanilla extract

2 TBSP heavy cream

1 cup mini chocolate chips

 

Directions

In a medium bowl, cream the butter and sugar for about 5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well until combined.

 

Enjoy immediately or keep it cold and eat plain or with more cookies. Sometimes this can be used as a dip for cookies or fresh fruit.
