As a lover of all sorts of kitchen appliances I was thrilled when I was asked to review the Cook’s Companion Wonder Pot. The Cook’s Companion Wonder Pot is a 6 –in-1 cooker so that you can make so many recipes in just half the time using this awesome home appliance.
Making hard boiled eggs is a snap as well as chili or soups and so much more. I love that it has six cooking settings so you can Steam, Stew, Rice, Soup, Stir Fry and Bake. Everything that you could possibly want to do with one kitchen appliance.
I tested my Cook’s Companion Wonder Pot by making a gluten-free pulled pork. The pork came out moist and tender in just two hours on the Stew setting. The easy to use digital settings made use a breeze.
Gluten-Free Pulled Pork

salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in Cook’s Companion Wonder Pot.
Close lid and set timer to 2 hours on stew setting.
Take pork out of Wonder Pot and shred using 2 forks.

I love the convenient size to the Wonder Pot- at 3.2 quarts it is the perfect size for smaller meals and it was so easy to clean. Simply lift out the inner dish and wash with warm soapy water. I think I may have found my new favorite kitchen tool. The Wonder Pot comes with handy accessories including steam tray, rice measuring cup and serving spatula as well as a small recipe book too. This is definitely one of the best home appliances you will want to get for your kitchen.
