Peppermint Hot Chocolate

The Vitamix Aer Disc Container is AMAZING.  It easily makes batches of handcrafted-quality cocktails in a fraction of the time. We created this hot chocolate in just 5 minutes and it was warm, frothy and delicious. Top with whipped cream and crushed peppermint candy for a decadent treat.

Holiday Peppermint Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

 

2 cups skim milk

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tsp peppermint extract

Whipped cream, peppermint candies for garnish.

Directions

Place the milk in the Aer Disc Container

Top with the chocolate chips.

Place the top on he container, start at the low setting and slowly increase the speed.

Let work for 5-6 minutes.

Add the extract and pulse.

Pour into cups and top with whipped cream and candies.
