How to Make Zucchini Chips

if you are anything like me you have more zucchinis then you know what to do with at this time of year. Everyday I go in the garden and there’s more. I am not sure how fast they multiply but they are always there! We shred, we eat raw, we bake and yet there are still zucchini. So what to do?

Make Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

1 Large Zucchini – sliced thin

2 TBSP oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 tsp red pepper

Directions

Toss the zucchini slices in a bowl with the remaining ingredients.

In a dehydrator, place the zucchini chips in a single layer and dehydrate at 165 degrees for 12 hours.

Time may vary depending on how thick or thin your slices are.

Store in an air tight container.

**You can make these in the oven: line a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 200 degrees for 2-3 hours. **

So if you are like me and have an abundance of zucchini, try to make these chips. They are delicious and low carb too!
