The National Mom’s Nite Out movement continues for 2015 on May 7. I am super excited to be chosen as a host for this ultimate celebration of motherhood! Moms do so much from caring for the kids, household chores, carpools, meetings, etc. They are truly the hardest working profession and they need a break too!
We celebrated National Mom’s Nite Out this year with wonderful goodies from My Printly, Bicycle playing cards, HP, Entenmann’s and Mom’s Night Out movie for an enjoyable evening and well-deserved girl time. I invited my girlfriends over to help me celebrate.
First up a viewing of Moms’ Night Out. This fast-paced family comedy about four moms scheduling a night out where everything can and will go wrong, yet it all turns out fine in the end was the perfect way to start our evening! This a really funny movie starring Sarah Drew, Sean Astin, Patricia Heaton and Trace Adkins to name a few. It will get you and the girls laughing and in the right frame of mind to relax.
Next, a few card games courtesy of Bicycle Cards. I love playing games and what a great way to connect with friends and have a few laughs. We enjoy a couple of hands of poker with a few cocktails. Have a look at my Grown-Up Shirley Temple Cocktails, which were a huge hit for our National Mom’s Nite Out party!
What would a party be without food?? So what did we have for our fabulous moms? On the menu we had Buffalo Chicken Sliders, Ice Cream Sandwiches, Turkey Veggie Rollups, Cake Batter Popcorn and More! All the ladies loved all the treats and goodies that we had for them. The drinks seemed to be the top hit of the night.
Here is one of the recipes too:

Place burger on hot sauce side and top with slice of pickle.
Put ranch side of bun on top. Serve Warm.
Every mom left with an awesome gift bag that included HP Card Packs, Entenmann’s Little Bite snacks, Bicycle Cocktail Playing Cards, and MyPrintly candy favors. What a great night to celebrate friendships and Moms!
