Peanut Butter and Hershey’s Kisses Cookies
Ingredients
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup sugar
¼ cup light brown sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1-3/4 cup flour
1 small bag Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped.
Directions
Heat oven to 375ºF. Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and creamy (about 5 minutes) Stir in egg and vanilla extract, add dry ingredients and combine.
Roll 1-inch balls from mixture and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8-10 minutes. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of the cookie.
