Peanut Butter & Jelly Bars
Peanut Butter & Jelly Crumble
Peanut Butter & Jelly Oat Squares
Peanut butter and jelly, my favorite combination made into dessert or breakfast bars. We like to eat this as more of a crumble rather than a bar so we decreased the baking time by 5 minutes so it remains soft and tender, served with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream- delish!
If you would like to serve these as bars just bake for the full 25 minutes and they will slice nicely into bars or squares. These peanut butter and jelly bars are so good, you will be making this recipe on repeat.
Peanut Butter & Jelly Bars

1 -1/2 cup oats, divided
1 cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup raspberry jam

Spray an 8-inch baking pan with non-stick spray.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine 1 cup oats, flour, brown sugar and salt.
Add in the melted butter, peanut butter and vanilla and mix well.
Reserve 1 cup and press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, add the remaining ½ cup of oats to the reserved mixture.
Remove the pan from oven and spread the top with your jam.
Top with the reserved mixture, making clumps as you go.
Return to the oven to bake for 25 minutes.
Cool completely before removing from pan.
Absolutely delicious and comforting there is nothing better than a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, well maybe these dessert bars.
***Please note you can substitute a sugar-free jam if you are watching your sugar in take.
