Football Sunday. There is nothing better than football, great food, awesome drinks and a little fellowship and maybe a little rivalry too! We are definitely a football house and open our home for football games each week. One of the best things I have done for these events is to create a Bloody Mary and Bloody Maria Station. Little fact: by adding vodka to the mix makes it a Bloody Mary and adding tequila to the mix makes it a Bloody Maria.
Today I am sharing my top-secret recipe for the perfect Bloody Mary mix, but shh, don’t tell anyone! It all starts with the perfect hot sauce. Perfect Bloody Mary Mix
Ingredients
1 bottle Tomato Juice
2 TBSP El Yucateco® Red Chile Habanero Sauce
1 TBSP black pepper
1 tsp. celery salt
1 TBSP horseradish
1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a pitcher.
- Dip glass in lemon juice and rim with celery salt.
- Add ice to a glass.
- Pour 1 jigger of vodka or tequila in glass.
- Top with Bloody Mary mix.
- Stir well.
- Top with your favorite garnish
