With the holidays behind us, it is time to focus on getting things done in 2017. For this full time working mom of three school aged children it is so hard for us to find time to eat out as a family with our crazy schedules. We often try to create a night out, in! If I am being honest, I enjoy soup for both lunch and dinner during any season. There is something so comforting about a delicious bowl of soup. I love to have something to dip in my soup whether it is bread, croutons, a sandwich or these delicious and easy pinwheels that our family enjoys.

Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Ingredients

1 can ready to use refrigerated Pizza crust

½ pound deli ham

½ pound sliced cheddar cheese.

 

Glaze

1 stick butter

1 Tbsp mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat ove to 350.

Spray a 13×9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Unroll the pizza dough and press into approximately 12×18 rectangle.

Top with ham and cheese.

Start on the longer edge, roll up tightly.

Pinch the end closed and turn the roll over so the seam is face down.

Cut into 12 slices and place face down in baking sheet.

Combine the glaze ingredients in a small sauce pan and heat until the butter is melted.

Pour over rolls.

Bake for 25 minutes.
