Chai Tea is one of my favorite beverages and this Spiced Chai Pound Cake recipe is the ultimate cake recipe this holiday season. This chai cake is sweet, spicy and all around yummy.

Chai Tea Cake Recipe

I love a great bundt cake recipe, these cakes always look so pretty when turned out on to a cake platter. I plan on making this recipe for Thanksgiving this year as well as my entry for the “Pure Joy Blogger Recipe Challenge.”

The Best Chai Cake Recipe

Ingredients

1 -1/2 sticks butter, unsalted, room temperature

2 cups Florida Crystals® Organic Raw Cane Sugar

3 eggs

3 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/3 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup brewed Chai Tea

2 TBSP vanilla extract

1 TBSP cinnamon

1 tsp ginger

½ tsp nutmeg

Glaze (if desired)

1 cup Florida Crystals® Organic Powdered Raw Cane Sugar

1/2 cup chai tea or milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 and spray a bundt pan with non-stock spray.

In the bowl of an electric mixer with the paddle attachment, cream the butter and sugar together.

Add the eggs one at a time until combined.

Add the yogurt and vanilla and mix.

Add the dry ingredients, mix until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 60 minutes.

Cool completely.

Make the glaze if desired and pour on top of the cake.

Serve.

Make this easy recipe for the holiday season. I love the bite that the spices give to this dessert, it really does not need a glaze but you can easily make one or simply top with a sprinkle of powdered sugar.
