We love the sugar wafer cookies that you can get in the store. My Nana used to have these in her house when I was growing up and they really are delicious on their own but they can be made even better by decorating them.
I love having melting chocolate on hand- you can buy these chocolate wafers online or most of the craft stores like AC Moore and Michael’s carry them as well. Keep a few bags in your pantry of the colors your children like. Or just get the white melting chocolate because you can simply add food coloring to the chocolate. Super easy.
Once each of the wafers is dipped in chocolate you can drizzle with decorators jell, add sprinkles and anything else you could find. We love making these whenever we have play dates- the kids love to decorate these wafers on their own too!
