Materials
Flashlight with Energizer® MAX AA batteries
Colored cellophane sheets
Directions
In a dark space use the flashlight with the different colored cellophane sheets to make different shapes and colors.
Explore what happens when you put two colors together and what colors they make.
Using your hands make different shapes to project- what happens when your hand is closer to the light vs. farther away?
Such a fun activity to do. This would be great for an outdoor camping trip or simply in a garage. Use the side of a tent or wall to project the shapes and colors. The kids will love how easy it is to change the shapes and colors with the flash light.
