My Stepson is turning 6 this year – holy cow! Where did the time go? He asked for TMNT (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle) Oreos Cupcakes for school. I found light green melting chocolate at AC Moore and with a couple of colored gel pens I think they will look adorable on top of green frosted cupcakes.
It was so easy to make the TMNT Oreos. Simply melt the chocolate according to the package directions and top by Tbsp over the Oreos. Smooth out the top of the Oreos with a back of the spoon. Place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set. Using colored gel pens draw on the masks. Place in refrigerator to set.
