Fall weather, check. Sweaters, check. Football season, check. We are huge football fans in our home and for me it started many years ago when I danced for my university during football games. We would travel from college to college and perform and cheer on our team, it was an amazing experience and I loved it. My husband and I also play Fantasy Football on the same league and don’t tell anyone but I am currently in first place. (Insert eye roll from my hubby here!)
Football Sundays are a weekly occurrence and we love to watch cheer and eat. Chili Queso Dip
Ingredients
1 can ready made chili
2.5 cups shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 TBSP cornstarch
1 13oz can evaporated milk
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes, drained
Instructions
Toss the cheese with cornstarch.
In a medium pot heat the chili and tomatoes over medium heat until warm.
Add the cheese and milk until it becomes creamy and smooth.
Serve warm.

This dip has just the right amount of spice and the evaporated milk gives the perfect creamy consistency.
