Bread at Home

Ingredients Needed

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the lukewarm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the dough rest at room temperature for at least 12 hours, or overnight

After the dough has rested, it’s time to shape it into a loaf.

About 30 minutes before you’re ready to bake, preheat your oven – with the Dutch oven inside
