Ingredients
2
pounds
boneless chicken
cut into bite size chunks
4
links of Chorizo Sausage
quartered and sliced.

Green bell pepper
chopped
1
yellow onion
chopped
1
tbsp
chopped garlic
4
cups
low sodium chicken stock
2
cans of Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles.

pounds
of shrimp
shelled and tails off

salt

tsp
pepper

tsp
crushed red pepper

tsp
cayenne pepper

tsp
paprika

tsp
celery salt

flour

butter
Instructions
In a large pot, combine butter and flour. Cook while continuously stirring until a light brown.
Add chicken and sausage, cook until browned.
Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer for 1 hour.
Add shrimp just before ready to serve, cook for approximately 5 minutes or until shrimp are done.
