Ingredients

lbs
clams
washed thoroughly
6
pepperochini peppers
1
cup
chicken broth
1
tsp
chopped garlic
1
tsp
parsley flakes
Instructions
In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and garlic, peppers and herbs to a boil.
Add clams, and cover.
Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes or until the clams open.
Discard any clams that did not open.
Pour into bowl and discard any clams that did not open.
Serve with crusty bread.
