This past weekend my daughter and I are were baking away and experimenting with new recipes. We created this fudge sprinkled brownie recipe and they are SO GOOD! They brownies are rich and decadent with a chewy fudge center. We used frosting on the edges and pressed them into numerous toppings but I think the sprinkle ones were our favorites!

Sprinkled Brownie Bites
Servings 24
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter melted
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 6 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine butter and sugar and mix well. Add vanilla, eggs, and cocoa. In a separate bowl combine salt and flour. Add flour and salt to the liquid mix and mix well. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool before cutting into triangles.
- Spread icing on one side of the triangle and spread into desired toppings.
