Spring is here and there is nothing that I enjoy more than spending time outdoors and watching the flowers come up. There is nothing better than watching the new growth of flowers come up in the garden other than these layered jell-o bars.
St. Patrick’s Day Layered Jell-O Bars
These layered jello dessert bars would be perfect for a St. Patrick’s Day, Dinosaur, spring or flower birthday parties. They look so pretty and even look great displayed on a dessert table too. Changing the colors you could easily use these for a princess themed brunch or shower too.
Springtime does not last all year so I love to make desserts that can remind me of bright colors and fun days. I love the layered look of these Spring Layered Jell-O Bars and they really are quite easy to make. The key for these bars is to wait until each layer has set so as to not disturb the layer below. I have another layered dessert recipe for Valentine’s Day or really any red/pink layered Jell-O Bar you need- this one is put together a bit differently.
The kids love them as much as the adults!
