Must Try Coconut Milk Rice Pudding

This recipe calls for no extra sugar, just what is in the fat free sweetened condensed milk.

Place coconut milk in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Add the rice and lower heat to simmer for 30 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the condensed milk, cinnamon and vanilla until well combined.

Serve- To be honest most rice pudding recipes I enjoy cold but this coconut milk rice pudding tastes amazing warm.
