Cactus Themed Birthday Party
If you are having a cactus themed birthday party then this dessert is exactly what you need. These cactus succulent desserts would be great for a llama or Cinco de Mayo themed party as well as baby and bridal showers too.
Cactus Themed Pudding Dessert
(Makes 4)
Ingredients
1 Large Chocolate pudding mix
Milk
Green icing
24 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed, crème filling removed)
Glazed donut holes
Directions
Prepare pudding according to package directions using milk.
Divide equally among 4 clear cups. (You could also use small terracotta pots for this)
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Divide the crushed cookies equally on top of the pudding cups.
Using the green icing place in a piping bag with a star tip, pipe small bits of frosting onto a glazed donut hole.
Place the iced donut hole on top of the crushed cookies.
