My family loves crispy cereal treats – they can eat an entire pan in one sitting if I allowed it! These treats are soft and delicious and are the perfect dessert for a bbq, play date or brunch. You can add any type of mix-ins to or even dip them in melted chocolate.

Delicious Crispy Rice Cereal Treats

Ingredients
- 1 pkg marshmallows
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 cups crispy rice cereal
Instructions
- In large saucepan melt butter over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.
- Add crispy rice cereal. Stir until well coated.
- Using wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
- Cool.
- Cut into 2-inch squares.
