I love fall and one of my favorite activities is to take the kids to a corn maze or pumpkin picking. This year we went to Hurds Family Farms and we were not disappointed. Hurds Family Farm is located in Modena, New York, about 1.5 hours outside of NYC and it is definitely worth the trip for fall fun.

This farm is a place where you can easily spend the whole day with your family and friends. There are different fees for families to choose from. This is a great option because you can tailor your visit to what you and your family would like to do!

Did someone say corn maze? Hurds Family Farms has two corn mazes. One is for little kids and one for older kids and adults. Make sure you have set apart some time because these corn mazes take a while to get through with all of the twists and turns it is a great time. Did I mention the large corn maze is two acres????
For an extra fee they have pony rides, gem mining, and animals/fish you can feed! During the fall they have events on the weekends. Totally worth the extra fee.
Save room for some yummy teats! After the two acres in the corn maze you certainly will need a tasty treat and luckily the Apple Café had a variety of apple treats for us to eat!
This was our first trip to Hurds Family Farms. We had a blast and I am sure you will too.
